The Icon Inbox feature was designed to improve the staff user experience and enhance staff efficiency in managing communications with members of their community.
Enhanced features create an elevated user experience
Authorized staff users will be able to perform more advanced capabilities like directly replying to inbound messages and filtering and searching conversations with recipients. A color-coded conversation view makes it easy to keep track of daily responses and communications.
The ability to search by profile first name, last name and phone number simplifies the search process and default conversation sorting by most recent last reply date-time keeps you alert and organized.
