About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will leverage your expertise in the senior living industry to engage with senior living stakeholders, demonstrate product value, and develop long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:
- Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Execution & Revenue Growth:
- Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Strategic Selling & Market Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging and optimize sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product team to enhance features and address customer needs.
- CRM & Reporting:
- Accurately track and update all sales activities in Salesforce
- Forecast sales performance and report on key metrics to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of sales experience in senior living with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong experience and understanding of sales cycles, including solution selling and consultative sales approaches preferably related to technology solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and business value to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
