Important Reminders for Caremerge + Go Icon Customers
On November 7, 2024, Caremerge.com will become the exclusive domain for accessing clinical data and modules such as the EHR and EMAR. Access will no longer be available on GoIcon.com, allowing for a more streamlined and secure, single access point.
What’s Changing:
- Access to Clinical Modules: Going forward, clinical users will need to log in through Caremerge.com to view or update clinical fields and to access clinical modules. Non-clinical data and other modules will remain accessible on GoIcon.com.
- Login Access for Clinical Users: Only users with clinical permissions will be able to log in at Caremerge.com.
As we prepare for the upcoming data migration, we want to ensure that all our customers are informed about key changes and reminders.
