TERMS OF USE: AMAZON ADDENDUM

Effective Date: May 27, 2020

This Amazon Addendum to the Terms of Use, is intended to add additional terms, where you have purchased the Amazon products and services as a part of the Services. Terms not defined herein shall have their meaning set forth in the Terms of Use.

Amazon Products and Services. You may use Amazon Alexa devices (“Alexa”) to assist with accessing the Services, which may or may not be provided by us. Alexa is a Third-Party Product that operates through a Third-Party Service. For the avoidance of doubt, Section 6.1 and 6.2 of the Terms of Use apply to Alexa. In addition, Alexa is subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions found at Alexa Terms of Use. Alexa is not a HIPAA compliant as defined in Section 4 of the Terms of Use and you acknowledge such by electing to use Alexa to access the Services.
