These SMS Terms supplement any applicable terms, notices, or consent forms provided to you by your Participating Organization.

Program Description
Go Icon provides messaging technology that allows Participating Organizations to send informational and operational text messages to residents, family members, staff, representatives, and other authorized contacts. The Participating Organization is the sender of the messages. Go Icon acts as the software provider and does not initiate messages independently.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from a Participating Organization through Go Icon, Users can expect to receive recurring informational and operational text messages, which may include:

• Activity and event reminders
• Dining updates
• Appointment reminders
• Community announcements
• Resident-related updates
• Weather or emergency alerts
• Other important operational notifications

Messages are informational and operational in nature and do not include marketing or promotional content.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on community activity and the type of notifications you have elected to receive.

Pricing Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. Go Icon and the Participating Organization are not responsible for charges assessed by your wireless carrier.

Stop Instructions (Opting Out)

Go Icon may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will apply prospectively. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
