As we grow, we’re looking for a tech-savvy and people-oriented Solutions Specialist to help drive new business and support our Sales team.

About the Role
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of solutions engineering and inside sales. You’ll support the Sales team by delivering compelling demos, responding to technical and product-related questions, and helping communicate the value of our solution to prospects. You’ll also help generate new business opportunities, contributing directly to pipeline growth through targeted outreach and strategic follow-ups.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver polished, high-impact product demos that speak to the unique needs of senior care operators
  • Support the Sales team by answering technical and product-related questions from prospects
  • Execute account-based outreach and follow-ups to generate qualified leads and drive engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Help identify prospect pain points and tailor communication accordingly
  • Maintain clear documentation of activities in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development
  • Passion for the senior living or healthcare space (bonus points if you’ve worked with senior care providers!)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—you’re confident on Zoom and great at storytelling
  • Technical aptitude—you learn software quickly and enjoy connecting tech to real-world solutions
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support shared goals
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.
